What a fantastic evening! Of course I had to drive to Uxbridge and arrived at a very
nice setting with lots of green at the Golf Club
You are immediately ushered in and the networking begins with my favourite
format of being able to sit around a table and network.
When I first went to book I did not realise that the price included Dinnerso you don’t even have to waste time running around for food.
Its there you take it, sit down and keep the dialogue going.
After you have eaten,networked and had your tea or coffee we then moved into the seminar room.
Now I have already mentioned my favourite seating arrangement and we had nice round tables so we could easily connect with each other.
Wasn’t quite like being in a nightclub but we were half way there! Certainly Deenas shoes definitely qualified. Those bright orange numbers really meant we were unable to forget Deena (could we ever!) .
No nightclub singer a little intro and straight into the video explaining what we were doing here.
After that Susie Cole came on and started talking ……… sense!
I’m waiting for the gimmicks the giveaways how to buy a property for 2 pence make a million pounds and retire but it does not happen.
Susie gives us her background why she should be standing there and a good insight into her business.
She also really explains how you can do business with her and illustrates how you can raise money and the terms and conditions/contracts (all in a book too £20.00 on the day ).
Explanations of how she buys what she rents is punctuated with the fact that although she has formal training and experience and was corporate trained but she is comfortable selling on a stall at Glastonbury too!
So both feet on the ground (red shoes) and her head firmly set on her goals Susie tells you all you need to know in order to take action.
“Have a coffee” she says “with your prospective investors/buyers” and she then went on how you qualify yourself etc.
Susie is of course right building up a relationship is the most important thing you can do in any business. Social proof and history of your time in the business was also discussed.
So no snazzy show stuff (this is not a stand up gig) but still entertaining with lots of energy and most of all educational Susie can be contacted and she can help you buy property or raise money.
The choice is yours.
So everybody is clear what to do .
Louise glides on they conclude Susie’s talk and get out the Scrabble! yep ! you got it ! We are in the middle of a networking evening and these guys want us to play word games!
Well we have to make up phrases relating to the property business. Needless to say the best team won (haha) us! We got the chocolates but then Vanish Patel came over and the chocolates got circulated to most of the crowd.
Fun fast paced a really good evening property seminars are growing up less flash and trash more real experienced people and that includes Vicki (on holiday) Deena and Louise.
A great evening full of information . Well done LPC keep the standard up the size of the venue and the amount of people to network with just right.
